  11. Utilities have both been updated to

  16. The Star Commander is the ultimate
  17. DOS shell that can handle the image
  18. file formats of the C64 Software
  19. Emulator ((c) by Miha Peternel,
  20. 1994-1997), CCS64 ((c) by Per Hkan
  21. Sundell, 1996-2009), Personal C64
  22. ((c) by Wolfgang Lorenz, 1994-1997)
  23. and VICE ((c) by the VICE Team,
  24. 1993-2009), it copies files and
  25. disks between the PC and a Commodore
  26. 1541/1570/1571/1581 drive,
  27. optionally in turbo mode, and also
  28. converts several popular Commodore
  29. archive formats. It is a
  30. comfortable, user-friendly and fast
  31. giftware software with online help
  32. and is very similar to The Norton
  33. Commander ((c) by Symantec Inc.,
  34. 1986-1995) and The Volkov Commander
  35. ((c) by Vsevolod V. Volkov,
